Is it just me or does Tia look so big here. She is 16 months old, but I think she looks like she is about 3 or so. When we were over at Marci & Chads visiting with Maria & Craig, Marci's daughter's Brooke and Peyton just played with Tia and dressed her up in costumes. They had a ball. So cute!
